What this site collects, and what it does not.

This is a marketing site with one form on it. There is no account to create, nothing to log in to, and no reason for us to know anything about you that you have not typed.

So the short version is: the contact form, and nothing else.

  • What does it collect?
  • Why does it need it?
  • Who else can see it?
  • How do I get it removed?

01 / what we collect

Only what the form asks for.

Five fields. Three of them required.

  • Name

Required. So we know who we are replying to.

  • Email address

Required. The only way we have to reply.

  • Company

    Optional. Context for the enquiry.

  • Closest area

Optional. Which of the four capabilities the enquiry is nearest to, so it reaches the right person.

  • Your message

Required. Whatever you choose to tell us about the process and where it stops fitting.

Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs — the request, the time, the browser string, the network address — for the usual reasons any web server does: serving the page and spotting abuse.

We do not join those logs to anything you send us.

02 / what this site does not do

The absence is the policy. Not a setting you have to trust.

  • No analytics, on this page or any other.
  • No advertising, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
  • No cookies, no local storage, no session storage.
  • No third-party embeds loading in the background.
  • No profile of you is built, and nothing is sold or rented.

The typefaces are served from this domain rather than fetched from a font network, so loading a page here does not announce your visit to a third party.

Two links leave for the sites we built — shaguftastyles.com and rankid.dev. Once you follow one, you are on someone else's site under someone else's policy.

03 / why, and for how long

To answer you. That is the whole purpose.

We use what you send to read your enquiry, reply to it, and carry on that conversation if it becomes a project. It is not used for anything else, and there is no mailing list to be added to.

Our basis for holding it is straightforward: you sent it to us in order to get a reply, and we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who ask us about our work.

We keep it for as long as the conversation is live, and for as long afterwards as the work it led to requires. An enquiry that goes nowhere has no reason to sit in an inbox, so we delete it once it is clear nothing is coming of it.

Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, without asking why.

04 / who else sees it

The people who need to. No one else.

Inside Ergosol, whoever is handling your enquiry. Outside it, the suppliers that run the site and our email — a hosting provider and a mail provider — which process the data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.

We would disclose it if the law actually required us to, and not otherwise.

If you want the current suppliers named, ask and we will tell you who they are and where they operate.

05 / your rights

It is your information. You can ask us what we have done with it.

  • Ask what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to stop using it.
  • Ask for a copy of it.
  • Complain to your data protection regulator.

Write to us and we will do it. We will not ask you to justify the request or route you through a form to make it tedious.

06 / asking us

Ask, and we will tell you.

Questions about this notice, or about anything we hold, go to the same place as everything else.

A person reads it, and a person answers it.
